What should a first clinic inquiry include?
Start with the clinic’s exact name or website link, your preferred visit dates, your language and the questions you want the clinic to answer. You can ask about consultation availability before committing to treatment. Share personal medical records only through a consultation channel agreed with the provider; a public comment is not an appropriate place for them.
Which details need written confirmation?
Ask who will conduct the consultation, whether interpretation is available and what it costs, and which examination or treatment fees are included in the quote. Request the cancellation terms, any deposit conditions and the provider’s follow-up contact. An inquiry or channel click does not confirm an appointment.
What can KOMD coordinate?
KOMD helps organize the request and communicate with the clinic you selected. There is no additional KOMD clinic-connection fee; medical care and any separately quoted services are not free. The medical institution determines suitability, treatment, final prices and booking approval. Availability and the scope of assistance must be confirmed for your visit.
